• Contestant and titleholder photos and biographical information submitted for display on this website (queen profiles, contestant galleries).

We do not knowingly collect information directly from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian. The registration process requires a parent or guardian's name for any contestant under 18, and that parent or guardian is the one submitting the contestant's information on the child's behalf.

• To process and respond to pageant registrations and appearance requests
• To communicate with contestants, parents/guardians, and event organizers about the pageant, scheduling, and related updates

Photos and Publicity

By submitting a photo as part of registration, you grant Royalty USA Pacific Northwest permission to display that photo and the contestant's name, title, and division on this website and in related pageant marketing materials (including social media). If you wish to have a photo removed from the site, contact us using the information below.

Payment Information

Registration fees are processed through Square. We do not collect or store your full payment card details on this website — that information is handled directly by Square under its own privacy policy and security practices.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the pageant (such as our payment processor and email or CRM tools), and as required by law.

Cookies

This site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes (for example, if analytics tools are added), this policy will be updated to reflect it.

Data Retention

We retain registration and appearance-request information for as long as needed to administer the current pageant season and for reasonable record-keeping afterward. Publicly displayed titleholder information (photos, bios) may remain on the site to preserve the pageant's historical record unless removal is requested.
